My own wellness journey began with a personal transformation. I had to figure out a lot on my own — digging into nutrition and health to understand what my body actually needed. That experience of learning and growing through my weight-loss journey completely changed my life.

I don't know who else loves shredded cabbage, but it's one of my favorites 🥬 chopped a whole head with rice wine vinegar, a splash of soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt — let it marinate. So yummy!

Good to know before you start.

Which option is right for me? +

If you want to move at your own pace, start with the app ($59/mo). Want a coach checking in daily with Sofe overseeing? That's Coach + Sofe ($199/mo). Want Sofe directly, one-on-one? That's 1:1 ($499/mo).

Do I have to follow a restrictive diet? +

Never. The whole Be Well method is built on balance, not extremes — mindful eating and small sustainable changes, no foods off-limits.

Is there a commitment or cancellation policy? +

You + the Be Well App is month-to-month with no minimum commitment — it auto-renews monthly and you can cancel anytime by emailing support@bewellwithsofe.com or through your account. Cancellation takes effect when we receive it; to avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Canceling stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

You + Coach + Sofe and You + Sofe are committed coaching programs with a 4-month minimum commitment, governed by a separate Coaching Agreement you'll sign before starting (which covers price, the commitment period, payment, and cancellation). All purchases are subject to our No Refunds policy — completed billing cycles aren't refunded.

What's the CICO e-book? +

A practical guide to the Calories In, Calories Out approach — a low-cost way to start applying the method on your own before coaching.

How do I get started? +

Pick the option that fits your life above and sign up — that's it. For coaching, you'll get an onboarding step to set up your custom plan. For the app, you're in right away and following the method today.

Do I need a gym or special equipment? +

Nope. Your plan is built around your life and what you have access to — home, gym, or just a pair of sneakers. We meet you where you are.

What if I've tried everything before? +

Most of our clients have. The difference here is structure and support instead of willpower and restriction. Small, sustainable changes — with a coach in your corner — are what finally make it stick.

Can you support pregnancy or postpartum? +

Yes. Coach Kristen holds a Master's in Clinical Nutrition and specializes in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, so you feel nourished and empowered at every stage.
